As collectors, we understand the frustration of receiving an item that is damaged during shipping or an item that does not match the description. We are a licensed and bonded retail business so buy with confidence! If you don't see what you are looking for just email us and we will create a listing for the item you so we can get it out to you right away!
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer.
